OPJS University welcomes feedback in respect of the services it provides, and believes that students are entitled to have access to effective systems for handling complaints to ensure the University provides the highest possible academic and service standards. Students should feel able to make a complaint, knowing that it will be fairly investigated.
To submit a complaint, students can complete the Below Mentioned form. Prior to submitting the form, the student is encouraged to first discuss the matter with the individual(s) most directly responsible.
The form, once filed, is reviewed by a member of the University deans, who in most cases, will share the form directly with the chair or director of the relevant department, and request a response as soon as possible. Occasionally, other University representatives will be consulted in an effort to assure that the complaint form is reviewed in the most appropriate way.
Please note that if the reason for your complaint is not clear this form will be returned to you with a request for clarification which must be answered within two week.
